Understanding the Vision

EID Parry approached us with a mission: to develop a modern jaggery facility that would deliver efficiency, consistency, and product quality across every stage—from cane handling to packaging. After in-depth consultations, we proposed a turnkey custom solution, fully aligned with their production goals and expansion plans.

From Concept to Commissioning

We began with a comprehensive engineering layout, followed by fabrication and complete execution of the project. The plant was initially designed for 100 TCD (Tons of Cane per Day) capacity, but with future growth in mind, we engineered all critical systems to handle up to 200 TCD, allowing for a smooth, phased rollout:

Phase I: 100 TCD

Phase II: Expansion to 200 TCD

Intelligent Automation, Smarter Operations

In Phase I, we introduced smart automation features across key process areas. These included mechanized juice extraction, automated boiling systems, and improved material handling—reducing variability and improving consistency. By streamlining operations, the plant not only became more efficient but also reduced manual intervention, enabling a leaner workforce. Phase I was completed and commissioned within six months, reaching a steady production of 12 tons of jaggery powder per day.

At the heart of our Phase II expansion lies a truly groundbreaking innovation—the world’s first automated jaggery powdering system, designed, developed, and deployed exclusively by NS3 Projects.

This pioneering technology focuses on the critical powdering step—transforming solid jaggery into a fine, uniform powder without manual milling—while packaging remains a manual operation, giving you flexibility in final handling and presentation.

Automated Powdering: From feeding solid jaggery blocks to discharging perfectly milled powder, the system runs unattended, ensuring 300 kg batches of consistent granularity every time.

Superior Hygiene and Safety:

By automating the powdering stage, we eliminate dust-related hazards and cross-contamination risks, maintaining high levels of cleanliness and product integrity.

Precision at Scale: Whether producing small test runs or full-scale batches, the system delivers identical quality and texture across each cycle.

Manual Packaging Flexibility: Finished powder exits into collection hoppers, ready for your chosen packaging method—be it bulk bags or retail pouches—allowing you to tailor packaging to market needs without altering the core powdering line.

During Phase II, we worked closely with the EID Parry team to integrate this powdering system seamlessly into their existing workflow. The result was a highly predictable, scalable line that delivered efficiency without complexity.

Rapid Delivery, Maximum Output
We committed to completing Phase II—including commissioning—within 30 days, and we delivered right on schedule. With the expansion in place, the upgraded facility now consistently produces 25 to 30 tons of jaggery powder per day, setting a new benchmark in output and quality.
